Who we are

What we collect

When you book a room, we collect the guest details and payment information needed to confirm the reservation with the hotel: name, contact details, stay dates and card details (processed by our payment provider, we do not store full card numbers). We also use standard analytics (page views, funnel events) to see which pages and searches work.

How we use it

Booking details are sent to the hotel or its supply partner to confirm your reservation and are used to send you a confirmation email. We do not sell your data. We keep a copy of confirmed bookings so you can retrieve your receipt later.

Sharing

We share booking details only with the hotel and the supplier and payment providers needed to complete your stay. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties for marketing.

AI assistant connector

Our connector for AI assistants (at https://kaabaviewhotels.com/mcp) receives search details: a place or hotel, stay dates, the number of guests and rooms, and a currency. It returns hotels, rooms, prices and a checkout link. When you ask it to book, it also receives your name, email and phone, which we use to hold the room and send your confirmation. Card details are never sent to the chat: you enter them on our secure payment page, and nothing is charged until you pay there. We do not use data from the connector to train AI models and do not pass it to any AI model.

How long we keep it

We keep confirmed bookings and the details entered at checkout for as long as we may need them for the stay, cancellations, refunds, accounting and legal obligations, which can be more than 12 months. We delete them sooner on request where the law allows.

Security and international transfers

Our servers are hosted in the United States. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, access to the servers and database is limited to our team by key-based login, and card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider. To book your stay we transfer the booking details to our hotel supplier, its payment provider and the hotel in Saudi Arabia; our email and analytics providers may process data in the United States. We use only providers that commit to protecting the data they process for us.

Requests from authorities

We disclose personal data to a government or other third party only when a valid legal process requires it. We check each request, disclose no more than it requires and, where the law allows, tell you about it first.

Your choices

To access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, email [email protected] from the address you booked with. We reply within 30 days and delete what we are not legally required to keep.

Changes

We may update this policy as our tools or suppliers change.
